They visited the passage from T\u00e2rgu C\u0103rbune\u0219ti, but also the areas where plantings were made along the Gilort, in Benge\u0219ti-Ciocadia Commune. Members of the project team spoke to the guests about the role of fish passages in restoring river connectivity, but also about the importance of planting certain tree species in stabilizing the banks and creating the necessary habitats for the reproduction of fish species.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">On this occasion, the visitors also participated in a symbolic action of planting some alder saplings. Students and teachers from Spain (Valencia) came to Gorj County for an exchange of experience, at the invitation of the Saint Nicholas School in T\u00e2rgu Jiu.
