The ecological education actions carried out within the local communities in the implementation areas of the Fish for Life project continued during the vacation period, through a partnership concluded with the Summer School organized at the Novaci Town Hall. Natura 2000 Day
The FISH FOR LIFE project team marked Natura 2000 Day with two activities carried out together with students from schools in Albeni and Bengești Ciocadia, ecological education actions and tree planting. The students organized excursions to the Natura 2000 site Gilort River, where they took photos with the flora and fauna specific to the area. The photos were then presented in exhibitions organized in each school, on which occasion teachers and representatives of the Gorj Environmental Protection Agency spoke to the children about the Natura 2000 Network,
